“Top 5 Video-games released exclusively for the PS4”
Ft. @Games_Whisperer

This is the end of the current generation of consoles sadly and the PS4 as well as Xbox One will be replaced with PS5 and Xbox Series X as we leap into the next generation with more FPS, more beautiful looking graphics, and faster loading times.
With that being said, I think we can all agree that PS4 won this generation cause the Xbox One start was rough and lacked first-party games as well as other issues with it. I owned a PS4 this generation and played many great exclusive games on it. So with us saying goodbye to the PS4 as well as this generation; myself and some of my great friend’s team up together to tell you all that what was our TOP 5 games that we played and came out exclusively to the PS4 that you should play before this generation ends or if you are planning to buy a PS5 so maybe try them there ( if they get compatible with it ).
So without further ado, here are our TOP 5 games that we played and came out exclusively to the Playstation 4.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hello Every and Hi, it is nice to meet you all. My name is MARIO... ( Not really tho ). I go by the name of @_CapGaming_ on Instagram and I have personally been a gamer since my childhood days ( Around the age of 5 or so ). During my childhood and even now I never owned a great gaming PC to run games on absolute High settings like most of you do BUT I did own a pretty decent PC back then which ran almost all the games back of those days just fine. I grow up with games like GTA: Vice City, I.G.I, Delta Force, Commandos, House of the dead, Max Payne, Deus Ex 1, and such, and still some of these games are my favorite game of all time.
After owning a decent Gaming PC, My first ever console was indeed the PS4 itself cause I never had the money to get a PS3 or old Xbox, Sony consoles but I think owning the PS4 was one of the greatest decision I made regarding getting a console. PS4 IMO had one of the strongest and exclusively filled libraries of games they had and every developer behind those games did something wonderful in making other worlds we can enter and explore them from someone else’s point of the eye. Sadly the end of these console generations is coming near us. I with a great fellow of my by the name of ( @games_whisperer ) join together to tell you what was our favorite exclusive games were released on the Playstation 4 console. SO sit back, have popcorn or something and enjoy, without further ado, here is my TOP 5 exclusive PS4 games that were released
( Special Thanks to @games_whisperer once again for taking part in this <3 )

CapGaming’s Top 5 PS4 Exclusives:
#5- Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End:

I feel like the Uncharted franchise is one of an amazing franchise there is to play and Naughty Dogs ( Developers behind this fantastic franchise ) did some incredible stuff with it as Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End marks the end of the story of Nathan Drake.
From the characters, to the way the story was told, to the graphics/level locations to the soundtrack been fantastic, and the ending been a perfect send-off for Nathan Drake.
It is one of the complete and ambitious games there is to play on the PS4 and I hope this might be the end of Nathan Drake’s adventure BUT not for this franchise and we get a new one for the next generation.
#4- Marvel’s Spider-Man:
My Thoughts on it: https://www.instagram.com/p/Bn_q8GrBCrC/

I am a BIG FAN of superheroes ( Batman been my favorite one ) and when Insomniac games announced that they are working on a Spider-Man game then I was super pumped for it cause I knew that this team does some incredible work when something is given to them and they for-sure did.
Spider-Man is a super fun game to play even if you are not a big fan of it. The Story was interesting and kept me engaged throughout, the characters were interesting as well and especially the Spiderman actor himself that did a fantastic job playing the Spider-man role. The world was very fun to just shoot webs and fly around and overall it was a pretty great game to play on the PS4 if you haven’t.
Can’t wait to see where they go with the new Spider-Man ( Miles Morales ) coming alongside PS5
#3- JUDGMENT:
My Thoughts on it:

I LOVE YAKUZA GAMES. I love how the story of it is been told and how the combat feels brutal and so satisfying. The combat has been hand-to-hand and some moves have been so brutal and you think he might be died from it BUT NOPE. STILL ALIVE.
Yakuza 0 is my favorite Yakuza game so far ( yet need to play 3 to 6 ) and when it was announced that the team behind Yakuza ( Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio ) was making a spinoff of yakuza which is still set in Kamurocho but you are a detective now and are following a case of murder, I was in for that and they did not disappoint me. JUDGMENT is a fantastic game with funny dialogues, a Great main-storyline as well as side-missions, Great mini-games ( Drone and VR been the best ), and fantastically voice acted and well-written characters. It is worth to play it on the PS4 cause it was simply a great game
#2- GHOST OF TSUSHIMA:
My Review on it:

One of the most requested locations for Assassin Creed that I have seen on the internet is that they want Assassin Creed to be set in Japan timeline and I feel like even tho Ubisoft have not done that, Sucker Punch Productions came to the rescue and made of the best games they have made so far as well as a perfect end game for the Playstation 4 generations.
Everything about it was just fantastic. The graphics looking so good that you are shocked to see how they managed to put this amount of details on an ancient console that is the PS4 now. Characters have been so well voiced acted that they immerse you into the storyline of this game which is also great. Loading times have also been so fast that they had to slow them down to give the player some time to read the tips ( if they do ) BUT I think the most important thing that came out of this game is…
… is that this game showed what the next generations are gonna look like. Graphics will be even more beautiful than this one, Loading times have been incredibly fast with the power of SSD and so many more possibilities that can come out of the next-generation consoles. This game would have been my Best exclusive game for Playstation 4 if the other game did not happen.
#1- GOD OF WAR:

And that game is of course God of War. God of War was so perfect in everything they did that it was my Game of the Year in 2018.
From the realistic and emotional narrative story that SIE Santa Monica Studio told us. Well, Voice-acted and well-written characters that we got attached to. The Beautiful and BIG world they gave us to explore and fight which was rewarding to do. Combat and RPG mechanics that allowed everyone to chose their playstyle to so much more.
God of War is a complete package of the game that there is and it is an incredible achievement by SIE Santa Monica Studio to be so perfect in every aspect of this game. This success puts a lot of pressure on them on the sequel of it ( God of War 2: Ragnarök ) to make it even more perfect than this one BUT I think they can do it cause they can do it. I think if anyone has yet to play this one or have not played it then PLEASE DO PLAY IT. It is one of the best games that it is available for the PS4 and my favorite game on the current console.
I simply can’t wait to play that one on the PS5 in 2021 cause it will be another fantastic adventure that they will take us for a ride.

Hello, fellow PS4 gamers! I go by the alias of @games_whisperer on Instagram and I’ve been gaming since my absolute earliest memories (about 32 years maybe?). I started out dabbling on my parent’s Atari, and then moved onto my very own NES, SNES...and basically every Nintendo and Playstation console since then.. Yes even the PSP and PS Vita!
As a lifelong passionate gamer, I’m always trying new types of games to expand my taste and knowledge of video games. I play games not to simply kill the time, or for a quick thrill, but because it’s a hobby that I love. Let’s face it, the real world is kinda horrible and boring, but gaming allows me to dive into another world, a better world, and interact with its many interesting characters.
I’ve loved every Playstation generation, each with their own gems, but the PS4 I believe is the best of them all. The sheer amount of quality is unmatched compared to previous generations. Out of all the great games currently out there, I present what I believe are the 5 very best PS4 games that were released exclusively for the console.

Game Whisperer’s Top 5 PS4 Exclusives
#5- Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End

The Uncharted series has always held a high standard since the first game was released in 2007. Each game has gone from strength to strength, and this is due to its great writing, likeable characters, and fun and adventurous storylines.
Uncharted 4 is the culmination of the entire series so far. Gameplay has certainly improved since the original, with new mechanics that add more variety to the action. The storyline is captivating all the way through, giving us one of the best endings in recent memory, and the best possible send-off for Nathan Drake.
Uncharted 4 is the most ambitious and complete game in the series, and one of the most polished experiences you can have on the PS4.
#4- Bloodborne

Admittedly Bloodbourne was my first foray into the Soulsbourne genre, and to me, still remains the best. It may have released a whole 5 years ago, but almost no other game sucks you into its atmospheric world quite like this one does.
Unlike the Dark Souls games, Bloodbourne encourages a more proactive approach, allowing for much more fast-paced combat. It may not have the weapon or class variety of the Souls games, but the weapons available all feel extremely satisfying to wield.
With incredible level design, the aforementioned atmosphere, exciting combat, and terrifying boss fights, Bloodbourne is an absolute must for any PS4 owner looking for a gruesome challenge.
#3- Death Stranding

Death Stranding is without a doubt the most divisive game of the generation. Some people hated it and called it nothing but a walking simulator. On the other hand, some people consider it a masterpiece and most of the most unique experiences of the generation.
Thankfully I agree with the latter. What Death Stranding gives you is an empty but compelling world, fascinating and interesting characters, and strangely satisfying and addictive gameplay.
Sure, gameplay does involve a lot of walking, but the mere act of walking is like a game all in itself. The feeling of carrying an ungodly amount of cargo across the landscape, all the while avoiding BTs (ghost-like enemies), rough and slippery terrain requiring you to use mulitple tools at your disposal, only to finally see your destination in the distance, is one of the most satisfying feelings you’ll have in gaming.
The insane level of detail and vision that mastermind Hideo Kojima brought to this game is nothing short of spectacular, and I admire him as a video game designer even more as a result.
#2- God of War

When I think of the most ‘complete’ game of the generation, I think of God of War. All the strides made in gaming over this generation is basically perfected here.
A strong and emotional narrative. Realistic and well-written characters to fall in love with. Exciting combat and RPG system that is flexible enough to allow gamers to suit their own style. Fun puzzles to help break up the action. Large areas to explore that feel incredibly rewarding.
Thinking on all these points, it’s quite an achievement that God of War nails all of these aspects. Everything that this game delivers, it delivers at the highest of standards, and it’s totally understandable why it’s widely regarded as the very best PS4 exclusive. I didn’t put it as my number 1 PS4 game of the generation simply due to personal preference, even though God of War deserves it 100%.
#1- Persona 5

Persona 5 is everything I want in a video game. A massive and engaging story. A great cast of characters. Deep and complex gameplay (particularly in terms of its RPG systems). Great visuals and music. Simply put, Persona 5 had it all and more.
What really impressed me the most is that the developers didn’t conform and dumb down this game in order to gain new fans. What they did do was streamline and improve a lot of the series’ previous flaws, and it made for a much more satisfying experience.
I liken Persona 5 to a slow-cooked steak, it’s a very slow-paced game (at least in terms of its storytelling), but what you get is delicious and juicy as a result.
It may be an extremely long journey, but it’s one that is fully worth taking, given you have the patience for it.
While God of War deserves to be called anyone’s best PS4 game of the generation, for me personally, Persona 5 is the one that I fell in love with the most.
